Ultimate Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 3 Organic Eggs
- 150g of Caster Sugar
- 150g of Brown Sugar
- 170g of Butter
- 100g of Plain Flour
- 120g of Cocoa Powder or Dark Chocolate - Or try a mixture of both!
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Bean Paste or extract (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the fan oven to 180°C (356°F)
- Melt the Butter in a small pan.
- Add Dark Chocolate to the Butter, whisk until melted.
- In a bowl, mix Eggs with the Vanilla Bean Paste (if used), Caster Sugar, and Brown Sugar.
- Mix in the melted Butter and Chocolate.
- Mix in Plain Flour with Cocoa Powder and a pinch of Salt.
- Transfer the mix into a baking tin or tray with some baking paper, and spread it around equally.
- Bake for 15 Minutes.
- Allow to cool for 1 Hour after removing from the oven.
